Below you’ll find all the details about our delivery options, estimated times, and international shipping rates.
UK Delivery Options
Standard – €4.60
3–5 working days after placing your order.
Premium – €8.10
1–2 working days after placing your order.
Next Day – €8.10
Order before 8 PM (Sunday–Friday) for guaranteed next-day delivery.*
Large Item – Standard – €8.10
3–5 working days.
Large Item – Premium – €11.60
1–2 working days.
Large Item – Next Day – €11.60
Order before 8 PM (Sunday–Friday) for guaranteed next-day delivery.*
*Orders placed after 8 PM will be dispatched the following day.

Northern Ireland – Standard

Order Tracking
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your tracking link.
You may also get a separate message from the courier with real-time delivery updates.
Couriers We Use
We work with a trusted network of UK and international couriers to ensure every Huggsy order arrives safely and on time.
The courier used depends on your delivery location and parcel size.
Split or Missing Deliveries
If part of your order hasn’t arrived yet, don’t worry — your items may be shipped from different warehouse locations in the UK.
This means your order could arrive in multiple packages on different days.
Pre-order items are dispatched separately by their listed “Dispatched by” date, and you’ll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as Pre-Order will be dispatched within 7 working days of the “Dispatched by” date shown on the product page.
Pre-order and in-stock items are sent separately to avoid any delay in delivery.
Large Item Delivery
Large products such as furniture or rugs are shipped separately for safe handling.
If your order includes multiple large items, you’ll only be charged one large-item delivery fee per order.
For Premium Large Item Delivery, order by 4 PM for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
Item Restrictions
Some larger or supplier-specific products are available for mainland UK delivery only.
Any restrictions will be clearly displayed on the product page.
If a restricted item is in your cart, you’ll be prompted to remove it before completing checkout.

Returns & Refunds
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

It must be free of pet hair, stains, or signs of wear.

You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will either:

Send a replacement (if available), or

Issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Note: Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the original item has been received.
Non-Returnable Items

How to Initiate a Return

Our team will respond with return instructions and the return address.

Ship the item back to us. Once received and approved, we’ll process your refund or replacement.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the original item is returned to us.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color?
To ensure availability, we recommend returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order for your preferred product.
